請依照影片指示安裝裝置且根據個人偏好來調整顯示器的高度和角度。裝置連接至電源後，將自動開啟。

請依照下述程序來設定裝置：
1.  配置 Android：當首次開啟 ThinkSmart View Plus 時會看到 Android 視窗，您可在其中為裝置設定語言、時區、Wi-Fi 和藍牙。
2.  設定管理者密碼：完成 Android 設定後，會看到要求您在使用裝置之前設定管理者密碼的視窗。
3.  向 ThinkSmart Manager 宣告：設定管理者密碼後，為從雲端中輕鬆進行遠端部署、設定、配置和監控，將會出現 ThinkSmart Manager 視窗以協助您向 ThinkSmart Manager 宣告其裝置。
附註：
• 在某些國家和地區不支援 ThinkSmart Manager。
• 向 ThinkSmart Manager 宣告一定會有所幫助，但此非絕對要求。若想要稍後宣告，則可跳過以進入下一個程序。

ThinkSmart Manager 設定的前提條件：
• 從 Lenovo 支援的網頁 https://support.lenovo.com/ 建立 Lenovo ID。
• 從 ThinkSmart Manager 入口網站 https://portal.thinksmart.lenovo.com/ 建立組織 ID。
• 準備可掃描 QR 碼的行動裝置，例如智慧型手機。
• 確認裝置和行動裝置在宣告程序中已連線至網際網路。

1.配置 Android

步驟 1：依照畫面上的指示為裝置設定語言、時區、Wi-Fi 和藍牙。

2.設定管理者密碼

在使用前設定管理者密碼以確保裝置安全。

3.向 ThinkSmart Manager 宣告

步驟 1：設定管理者密碼後，將會出現向 ThinkSmart Manager 宣告裝置視窗。

透過下列任一方法使用個人帳戶登入：
• 使用 Teams Display 帳戶、密碼和重新整理驗證碼進行遠端登入；
• 使用 Teams Display 帳戶和密碼進行近端登入。

User ID icon存取使用者狀態、設定、鎖定等。

Calls icon撥打電話。

Contacts icon檢視聯絡人資訊。

Voicemail icon接收語音訊息。

Chat icon檢視和回覆訊息。

Calendar icon檢視當天的會議。

More icon存取檔案、筆記等。

Activity icon檢視即將舉行的會議、聊天、通話等。

您可建立人臉 ID 以便快速登入裝置。
步驟 1：在主畫面左上方選擇使用者 ID。

步驟 2：選擇設定 > 裝置設定 > Face ID 並依照畫面上的指示進行操作。

建立人臉 ID 且攝影機防窺鏡頭蓋打開後，ThinkSmart View Plus 將會在您面對攝影機時自動登入。

找出顯示在活動下的會議，並選擇加入。

步驟 1：在主畫面上選擇 Contacts icon。

步驟 2：找出要邀請的人，然後選擇 Video call icon 開始視訊通話或選擇 Audio call icon 開始音訊通話。

選項 1.分享白板
在會議控制項中選擇 Share icon，然後選擇分享白板以開啟專用畫布，讓團隊成員有共同的空間可以一起繪製草圖和構思。
附註：此功能僅適用於排定的會議。
選項 2.分享 PowerPoint
在會議控制項中選擇 Share icon，選擇分享 PowerPoint 選項，然後選擇要分享的 PowerPoint 檔案。

選項 3.分享已連線裝置
將電腦連接至 ThinkSmart View Plus 上的 USB-C 接頭或 DisplayPort 輸入接頭。然後在會議控制項中選擇 Share icon，選擇已連線裝置選項。您的畫面將顯示在 ThinkSmart View Plus 上並自動與現場和線上與會者分享。

是否可在 ThinkSmart View Plus 上安裝其他會議應用程式？

否。ThinkSmart View Plus 是專為 Microsoft Teams 顯示器設計。不建議在 ThinkSmart View Plus 上安裝任何其他會議應用程式或任何類型的應用程式。

是否可將條形音箱當作獨立的藍牙揚聲器使用？

否。您可使用隨附的 USB-C 纜線將條形音箱連接至 ThinkSmart View Plus ，並將 ThinkSmart View Plus 連接至電腦。隨後可將條形音箱設為電腦的揚聲器裝置。

如何開啟和關閉 ThinkSmart View Plus？

連接至電源後，ThinkSmart View Plus 將會自動開啟。
若要關閉顯示器，請按顯示器後側的電源按鈕。
若要關閉裝置，

  • • 如果是個人裝置，請從主畫面選擇使用者 ID，然後選擇設定 > 裝置設定 > 電源關閉。
  • • 如果是共用裝置，請選擇設定 > 裝置設定 > 電源關閉。
    您可以按電源按鈕再次開啟裝置。

如何找出裝置資訊？

  • 如果是個人帳戶：

    • 登入後：主畫面 > 使用者 ID > 設定 > 裝置設定 > 關於

    • 登入前：登入畫面 > 設定圖示 > 裝置設定 > 關於

  • 如果是共用會議室帳戶：

    • 登入後：主畫面 > 設定 > 裝置設定 > 關於

    • 登入前：登入畫面 > 設定圖示 > 裝置設定 > 關於

是否必須更新 ThinkSmart View Plus 上的軟體？

否。ThinkSmart View Plus 是以 Android 為基礎的作業系統。當裝置連線至網際網路時，會取得從 Microsoft OTA (Over-The-Air) 伺服器推送的最新更新並自動更新軟體。

如何進行出廠重設？

當裝置電源開啟時，按住顯示器後側的復原按鈕 8 秒。顯示出廠重設選項時，選擇重設以進行重設。
