Overview of LEDs

Your computer is equipped with many LEDs. Among them, some LEDs (1 and 4) provide you with information about the computer’s power and battery status; the rear connector LEDs (2) help you locate connectors when plugging in external devices; the logo (3), ventilation slot (5), side (6), and keyboard (7) LEDs can be customized to create various lighting effects.

Note: If the computer is operating on battery power, when you switch to the quiet mode (by pressing Fn + Q), all LEDs except the power and charging LED will be turned off automatically.
