Lenovo & Huddly Camera Support Policy

When a Huddly camera is bundled with a Lenovo compute device (such as ThinkSmart Core or ThinkSmart Tiny
Kit), Lenovo offers Level 1 triage support via phone, including identifying compute-related issues and
performing initial diagnostic steps for the camera. The camera hardware warranty is provided exclusively
by Huddly, the manufacturer of the device.

If the issue is determined to be camera-related, it will be referred to Huddly for further handling,
including any hardware replacement carried out in accordance with Huddly's warranty processes.

If customers encounter any Huddly camera–related issues, they may directly access the Huddly Helpdesk to
submit a support request at: https://huddlyjira.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3.
Through this portal, customers can submit camera-specific inquiries, report technical issues, and request
Return Material Authorization (RMA) services as needed.
