Lenovo & Huddly Camera Support Policy

• When a Huddly camera is bundled with a Lenovo compute device (such as ThinkSmart Core or ThinkSmart Tiny Kit), Lenovo offers Level 1 triage support via phone, including identifying compute-related issues and performing initial diagnostic steps for the camera. The camera hardware warranty is provided exclusively by Huddly, the manufacturer of the device.

• If the issue is determined to be camera-related, it will be referred to Huddly for further handling, including any hardware replacement carried out in accordance with Huddly's warranty processes. 

• If customers encounter any Huddly camera–related issues, they may directly access the Huddly Helpdesk to submit a support request at: https://huddlyjira.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3. Through this portal, customers can submit camera-specific inquiries, report technical issues, and request Return Material Authorization (RMA) services as needed.
