Why does my screen brightness change constantly

Your computer may include an ambient light sensor and the adaptive brightness feature is enabled. The light sensor can detect the intensity of the surrounding light. Using data provided by the sensor, the operating system can dynamically adjust the screen brightness.

The adaptive brightness feature of the operating system can be disabled. For Windows operating systems, adaptive brightness settings are usually found in Settings ➙ System ➙ Display.

Why does my computer start automatically when I open the lid

Your computer may have Flip to Start enabled. Many Lenovo notebook computers include a sensor that can detect the angle at which the lid is opened. When you open the lid, the sensor can detect this behavior. If Flip to Start is enabled, the computer will respond by starting up automatically.

If you don’t like this feature, you can disable it. Flip to Start can be enabled and disabled in:

  • Lenovo Vantage or Lenovo PC Manager
  • Firmware Setup Utility

Your Windows operating system version is not up to date and does not include the necessary software components. Update your Windows operating system to version 23H2 or later using Windows Update and then try again.

The Version 23H2 update may not be immediately available for your PC. You may need to periodically open Windows Update and manually check for updates to install the 23H2 update when it becomes available for your PC.

Can the Hybrid Station be turned on separately

The Hybrid Station cannot be turned on separately. You need to attach your Hybrid Tab or connect to an external display before turning on your Hybrid Station.

Why does my Hybrid Tab not display anything after I attach it to the Hybrid Station

When the Hybrid Station is in the sleep mode or turned off, you need to press the power button to wake it up or turn it on after you attach your Hybrid Tab. Additionally, if the Hybrid Tab has a low battery level, it cannot be turned on. Plug the adapter into the Hybrid Tab and turn it on after a few minutes.

Will the speakers of Windows operating system still to play sound when I switch from Windows laptop mode to tablet PC mode

Yes, the speakers of Windows operating system will continue to play sound after you switch from Windows laptop mode to tablet PC mode.

Can I use my front-facing camera when I launch Hybrid Stream

After you launch Hybrid Stream, you can only use the rear-facing camera in the Android operating system.

What should I do if I can’t synchronize files through Hybrid Folder

If your Hybrid Folder is unable to synchronize, it may be due to the following reasons. Please check if any of the following situations apply.
  • The file name exceeds the file name length limit of the Android operating system or contains special characters that the system can’t recognize.
  • The file is being used or has some permission settings that block the access.
  • The time on both devices is not synchronized or the time zones are different.
