Hotkeys

Some keys on the keyboard are printed with icons. These keys are called hotkeys and can be pressed alone or in combination with the Fn key to access certain Windows functions or settings quickly. The functions of hotkeys are symbolized by the icons printed on them.

Hotkey Function
F1 key with speaker-mute function

Mutes/Unmutes the computer.

If you mute the computer and turn off your computer, the speakers remain muted when you turn on your computer.

F2 key with volume-down function / F3 key with volume-up functio

Decreases/Increases volume.

F4 key with microphone-mute function

Enables/Disables the microphones.

F5 key with window-refresh function

Refreshes the current window.

F6 key with trackpad—disable function

Enables/Disables the touchpad.

F7 key with airplane mode

Turns on/off airplane mode.

F8 key with camera— disable function

Enables/Disables the camera.

F9 key with screen— locking function

Locks the current user account.

F10 key with display-switch function

Manages external displays.

F11 key with brightness-down function / F12 key with brightness-up function

Decreases/Increases display brightness.

Spacebar
Turns on/off or adjusts the brightness of the keyboard backlight.
Note: This hotkey must be used with the Fn key.
