LED cable and holder

Prerequisite

Before you start, read Generic Safety and Compliance Notices, and print the following instructions.


Attention/Caution/Danger icon, warning users and servicers of a hot surface nearby
The LED cable and holder be very hot. Before you open the chassis, turn off the computer and wait several minutes until the computer is cool.
For access, do the following:

  1. Remove the power adapter and cord. See Power adapter and power cord.

  2. Remove the chassis. See Chassis.

Removal steps

  1. Remove the LED holder.
    Remove the LED holder

  2. Remove the LED cable.
