Set a user password

You must set the administrator password before you can set the user password. The system administrator might need to set a user password so that other users can access the computer.

1. Enter the setup utility.

2. Select Security > Set User Password and press Enter.

3. Enter a password string that contains only letters and numbers and then press Enter.

   Note: The user password should be different from the administrator password.

4. Enter the password again and press Enter.

5. Select Exit > Exit Saving Changes.
