Follow the instructions to troubleshoot the touch screen.

Turn off the computer.

Use a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth or a piece of absorbent
cotton to remove fingerprints or dust from the touch screen. Do not
apply solvents to the cloth.

Restart the computer and check if the touch screen works
normally.

If the touch screen cannot work normally, type Windows Update in the Windows search box and then press
Enter.

Follow the on-screen instructions to update Windows.

After updating Windows, check if the touch screen works
normally.

If the touch screen still cannot work normally, the touch
screen might get damaged. You can call Lenovo Customer Support Center
to get further help.
