Click the file links to download the files from the Web page. 2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded files. 3. Make note of the executable file name and location. Installing the package ====================== 1. Click Start, then click Start Search. 2. Type tvtcss82v64_0023ww.exe in the search field, then click Search Everywhere. This will locate the file you just downloaded. 3. Double-click the tvtcss82v64_0023ww.exe icon. You may see a dialog stating "A program needs your permission to continue". If you see this dialog, click Continue. 4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. Considerations ============== Consideration 1 --------------- The Client Security Solution 8.2 Secure Logon feature might not prompt the user to create a new passphrase on computers running Windows Vista. When Windows Vista is configured to use the Client Security Solution 8.2 Secure Logon feature and is configured to use a passphrase, the passphrase recovery feature, when invoked at Windows Vista logon, does not prompt the user to create a new passphrase. If you encounter this problem, do the following to create a new passphrase: 1. Use the passphrase recovery feature to log into Windows Vista by answering the security questions. 2. Start a Client Security Solution application (such as Password Manager) that requires authentication. 3. When you can go though the passphrase recovery process this time, you will be prompted to create a new passphrase.
