Lenovo Storage Quick Test is a diagnostic tool that tests the hard drives in Lenovo ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, and ThinkStation Windows OS.

DOWNLOADING THE INSTALLATION FILE
=================================
1. Click the file links to download the files from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the
   downloaded files.


INSTALLATION
============
1. Double click the downloaded exe file.
2. Follow the instruction to complete the installation
3. All files will be installed to C:\SWTOOLS\ldiag folder


HOW TO RUN
==========
1. Go to folder C:\SWTOOLS\ldiag
2. Double click the file gui_lsc_lite.exe
3. Click Yes when User Account Control windows pops up
4. Select the device class to be tested
5. Select the devices to be tested
6. Select the tests to be performed


UNINSTALLATION
==============
1. Delete C:\SWTOOLS\ldiag folder to remove all files from the system


LIMITATIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS
==============================
Limitations:
*Only SATA hard drive and SSD is supported
*Raid drives is not supported
*SATA Controller Mode needs to be set to AHCI in system BIOS if the system doesn't use UEFI BIOS
*Drive Self-Test may cause a BSOD on a Crucial SSD
