Installation README


What this package does
======================
This package installs an newer version of the Drag2Disc software 
that comes preinstalled in your system.

This update requires approximately 35MB of space on your hard drive.

Sonic Drag2Disc is only provided for Lenovo systems that have 
included CD or DVD writers.  Drag2Disc is not compatible with systems 
that have Blu-ray drives

This software applies to the following Lenovo systems:

- ThinkPad SL300,SL400,SL500
- ThinkCentre A62
- ThinkPad T400, T500, 
- ThinkPad R400,R500
- ThinkPad W500, W700
- ThinkPad X200, X300,X301,X302
- ThinkCentre M58
- ThinkCentre M57p
- ThinkCentre M62

Drag-2Disc is also provided as a replacement products for legacy 
Lenovo and IBM systems that were shipped with Drive Letter Access (DLA)

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation.

Downloading the package
=======================
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
   the downloaded file.


Installing the package
======================
1. Uninstall any previous version of Creator Small Business Edition
2. Click Start, then click Start Search.
3. Type 1b41dz00len-a.exe in the search field, then click Search Everywhere.
   This will locate the file you just downloaded.
4. Double-click the 1b41dz00len-a.exe icon. You may see a dialog stating "A
   program needs your permission to continue". If you see this dialog, click
   Continue.
5. Follow all onscreen prompts and reboot your system when done.


Extraction of install files
---------------------------
Bare install files are automatically extracted from the package-for-the-web
wrapper. The default extraction directory is C:\swtools\apps\1b41dz00len-a.


Silent installation
-------------------
To install this package silently use the following command:

1b41dz00len-a.exe -s /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress

The bare files can be installed silently using

setup.exe /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress

Enterprise Users
----------------
This package comes with a grant of rights for network 
distribution and imaging to applicable Lenovo PCs.

This package is license compatible with stand alone versions
of Drag2Disc and the versions of Drag2Disc embedded in the
Multimedia Center for Think Offerings.

This package is license compatible with stand alone versions
of 'Drive Letter Access' and the versions of 'Drive Letter Access' 
embedded in the Multimedia Center for Think Offerings.


Application Notes
=================
- This update will not install on 32 bit operating systems
- Previous versions of 'Drive Letter Access' or Drag2Disc must be removed to
  use this application
- The application will work under Windows XP 64 with some limitations. Windows 
XP 64 is not formally supported by this release
- No 32 bit Windows OS is not supported by this package
