Driver Version -------------- 6.14.11.9197 Installation README ======================= This package installs the Microsoft Windows Vista&Windows 7(64bit) device driver for graphics card. Downloading the package ======================= 1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page. 2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file. Installing the graphics card ======================= 1. Prepare your computer for graphics card installation by doing the following: a. Turn off all attached devices and then turn off the computer. b. Unplug all cords and power cables from the computer and all attached devices. c. Remove the computer cover. For instructions on how to remove the cover, refer to the user guide that comes with your computer. 2. Choose a PCI Express x16 expansion slot. 3. Remove the expansion slot cover for the selected expansion slot. Attention: Inserting a graphics card into an incorrect type of expansion slot might damage your card, your computer, or both. To identify the location of each type of expansion slot in your computer, refer to the user guide that comes with your computer. 4. Position the graphics card over the selected expansion slot. Push the graphics card in firmly and evenly until it is fully seated in the slot. 5. Reinstall the computer cover. 6. Reattach the cords, power cables, and external devices to the computer. Install the driver for graphics card ======================= 1. Save any open documents and exit all applications. 2. Find the saved package(The driver you downloaded) in your disk and double click the saved package. 3. Click "Next". 4. When Lenovo License Agreement pops up, select "I accept the terms in the license agreement", and click "Next". 5. Click "Next". 6. When NVIDIA license Agreement pops up, press "Yes" to install driver. 7. Click "Finish" to restart your system. Uninstall the the driver for graphics card ======================= 1. Save any open documents and exit all applications. 2. From the Windows taskbar, click Start > Control Panel to open the Control Panel window. 3. Doubleclick the Add/Remove Programs item. 4. Click the "NVIDIA Drivers" item from the list. 5. Click Change/Remove. 6. Click Yes to continue. Your system now restarts.
