Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) Dashboard Alerts Status cannot be updated in real time - ThinkPad, ThinkCentre and ThinkStation

Symptom

The Alerts status, in LSC - Home - Dashboard View, cannot be updated in real time.  If the user launches LSC and makes any changes to the LSC alerts, the changes cannot be updated and displayed on the Dashboard View page.

The Alert status is composed of Alert Meters and Alerts Numbers and this information is not updated in real time. The User must close and re-launch LSC for the alert status to be displayed correctly.
